Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Lumen processes, why it is processed, and how it is handled. Lumen is a private Discord server management application developed by Coya Labs and is only used within the Unreal Engine Discord server.

Information We Process

Depending on the features being used, Lumen may process:

• Discord user IDs, channel IDs, server IDs, message IDs and other Discord identifiers.

• Server configuration required for Lumen's features.

• Ticket information created through Lumen's ticketing system.

• Message content when required to provide moderation and security features.

• Basic interaction data necessary to execute slash commands and other Discord interactions.

Lumen only processes information necessary to provide its functionality.

How We Use Information

Information is processed solely to operate Lumen's features, including:

• Server moderation.

• Ticket management.

• Scam and abuse detection.

• Private voice channel management.

• Server automation and configuration.

• Feature diagnostics and reliability improvements.

Information is not used for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

Data Storage

Lumen does not persist message content in an external database. Content may be held temporarily in application memory while a feature is operating. Ticket transcripts, AI responses, moderation records, and replicated messages may be stored within Discord itself. Configuration data and Discord identifiers may be stored off-platform when necessary to operate the application.

Data Sharing

Information processed by Lumen is not sold or shared with third parties except:

• when required to operate the service,

• when required by applicable law,

• or when necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

AI Processing

When users participate in Lumen’s designated AI-assistant channels or support-ticket workflows, relevant message content, conversation context, and supported attachments may be transmitted to OpenRouter and a routed model provider solely to generate a response or ticket summary.

Lumen requires Zero Data Retention and denies provider data collection for every request. Message content is not used to train or improve AI models. OpenRouter may retain non-content operational metadata, such as token counts, latency, model selection, and cost.
